Last week, Mark came to our school for a Billy Cart incursion. He talked to us about force and motion. Everytime we pushed or pulled the Billycart, we were using force.
There were four activities that we worked on.
1. Designing our own billycarts
2. Building a billycart with our team.
3. Creative construction using wood, bolts, washers and spanners.
4. Driving a billycart.
It was such a fantastic learning day! We especially loved steering the billycarts!
Amazing! Great work! I love your billy carts! It looks like it was so much fun to design and make them…and even more fun to drive them!
I am going to add your blog to my blog roll favorites so I can keep up with all of the cool things you are all doing!

Dear Mrs. Rauser,
Thank you for leaving us a comment and putting us on your blogroll. How many blogs do you have on your blogroll?
We had fun driving the billycarts. We liked steering them with the rope. They are human powered.
From all of us in 2TM 🙂
WOW! I loved your billy cart designs. Did anyone think to build a cover over their billy cart incase it rains or to provide shade when the sun is out? It looked like you had so much fun building the billy cart.
I wonder what you learnt about team work when building the billy cart?
